I used to struggle with:

I am 59. The last time I required any prescribed medication -even paracetamol or supplements was 14 years ago.

I run, jump, somersault, and do headstands with children and grandchildren - without pain or shortness of breath.

Day 3


Q&A (Clarity Session) 

 

  • Clarifying questions from Day 1 and 2

  • Reviewing key practices and how to combine them

  • Addressing common challenges and misunderstandings
